Royal Falcon Ware Dinner Set Identification Help Requested
Hi,
I am new to the Forum and this is my first posting, so please forgive me if I get things wrong.
Many years ago my aunt gave my wife and myself a dinner set, which initially we used, but then over time it became relegated to the loft where it has remained for approximately +40 years. Each piece has a trade mark on the back, or bottom showing a Union Flag with "DURABILITY" written diagonally across it and "WETHERBY HANLEY ENGLAND", "ROYAL FALCON WARE" written underneath it in green print. Each piece also has a number either in gold, or green alongside, or underneath the trade mark. I have attached some images, (I hope correctly). I have searched for information on this pottery, but can not find it anywhere. I do not know if it rare, or common. I suspect it may be rare because I cannot find anything about it. Can anyone in the forum please provide me with any information on the above for which I will be truly grateful.
Kind regards
Roy

Hi denbydump,
Many thanks for your response. Do you know if it is rare, or common place? We are moving to a smaller home and need to get rid of things we do not use.
Kind regards
Roy

Unfortunately tableware from this era is no longer fashionable unless it’s by the top names, and even then it depends on the pattern. This is a common place manufacturer; probably best to drop it off at your local charity shop
