Louis Leloup, Belgium

This is the piece Made by Louis Leloup in 1997. The man is a well known artist. There is even a museum in Kyoto dedicated to him. His sculptures are also on the display in some of the best museums around the globe (including V&A in London and National Museum of Scotland). His sculptures were given as a prizes at the Cannes festival as well as to the tour Tour the France winner (I don't remember what year).
The signature (last photo) was quite difficult to photograph so my apologies for the quality of the photos.
