Clear Vase with Crackle/Broken Finish Empty Clear Vase with Crackle/Broken Finish

Picked this up today and wondered if any one had any clues as to who might have made it. It is 115mm high, 145mm diameter and weighs in at 1.4kg. Smooth finish to the inside but a very rough (almost dangerously so) finish on the outside. There are three "bowling ball" dimples to the front. Rim is flame finished and has a ground out pontil.
