I picked this up at an estate and have not had any luck identifying.
This is a cement like cup and cover. The cup has a spout and is incised 3 1/2 and what looks like hilu.
The base has the name dixon incised as well as some other letters. Any help would be appreciated http://i59.s

It's a crucible for melting metals, made by the Joseph Dixon Crucible Company, Jersey City NJ. Interesting!
