GENIUS GUINNESS Pottery ??? Poss Candle snuffer?? Empty GENIUS GUINNESS Pottery ??? Poss Candle snuffer??

Please can anybody help identify my charity shop find. Not dissimilar in shape to a bell, but with a hole in the top and an uneven base. Standing about 3" high with the Guinness logo to the front. I am guessing it looks very old.
I would very much appreciate an identification.

Agreed, pie funnel. my mom had one that shape, but without the advertising.
