As in Stoneware,Slipware,Salt Glaze etc..? My knowledge is minimal...although improving being on this forum. I now know more of the potters but not the various materials and techniques

Brin, you can find everything online just by searching. I bought this book by Ken Clark published in 1951 which explains the process rather well. You can pick them up for pennies. There are also many many Youtube videos on pottery. So try "slatglaze pottery kiln" search in youtube as below.
