Anuradha Ceramics by Ajith Mohan Perera in Piliyandala, Sri Lanka
Anyone know anything about Sri Lanken studio pottery? Apparently it's thriving, but there's little or nothing online - at least, not in English.
As it has a stamp, signature and date. Mark seems to be PP. Signature might be written in an Indian script.
I'm wondering if this is by a visiting studio potter.

There are some vases with a similar (though far from identical) pattern made by a firm called Anuradha Ceramics.

The designer is called Ajith Mohan Perera, so perhaps that's his "P" in the mark. Or it could stand for Piliyandala, where the factory is. An article here describes Anuradha as "Sri Lanka’s only handcrafted pottery firm":
