I'm wondering if it's Danish. Reminds me of some of the Bitossi-wannabees, which turn out to be Scandinavian. Not a mark I've seen before, though, sorry.

sk = Sibylle Karrenberg-Dresler
Sibylle Karrenberg-Dresler (b.1918 - d. 2007) was the daughter of Paul Dresler, founder of the Grootenburg workshop in Krefeld. Unfortunately, little is known about her studio except that she mentored Gerburg Karthausen and Ingeborg Zenker temporarily worked in her workshop. Karrenberg-Dreslers works are known for their quality.
