Unidentified bowl Empty Unidentified bowl

Can anyone please recognise the maker of this bowl/container? The mark on the base is a P within a square, it isn't very clear.

Two possible ones are Pickering Pottery, N. Yorkshire, and Polperro Pottery. Pickering has a dot after the P. but the mark isn't distinct enough to see if there is one.

Pickering pottery sell a lot on Ebay. Ani idea of the age of the piece?
