Fish vase chinese/japanese?

I don't know where this is from, can anyone help with the country of origin so I can id it. Thanks.

It's Japanese moriage pottery. I'm guessing made fairly recently.

Actually, just seen some similar pieces and might be early 20thC. But the crevices round the fish look suspiciously clean which is why I gave it a more recent date.

I do think it has some age as although I have not washed it, it had clumps of dust between the fish and the vase filling the void which I removed (in the shop)    well I didn't want to bring extra dust home.

Most of my stuff is dusty. And that includes new items I bought at Christmas.

So is mine I'm a lazy c*w

but I spent years being house proud and I cant be bothered now.
