Porcelain dish plate chinese?
Is this a Chinese dish please. Some of the painted pattern is raised.

MMmmm those handles, thinking 19th C Staffs Zippy.
Any small underglaze impressed marks? often hard to see.

I don't know if this is relevant but meant to add dimensions at 12" x 9" x 2.5"

I'm thinking Staffs too. Very similar to Mason's Ironstone, so maybe one of the 19thC factories that copied them.

I agree that it looks typically English from the Potteries and so it won't be porcelain. It looks like stoneware but it could be earthenware. Looks good quality.

Going by the base, looks like Porcelain or Bone China to me anyways.
