Animal with unknown mark

I recently stumbled across this porcelain animal figurine. The previous owner died, so I have no information at all.
It's 4 cm/ 1,5 inch high, with a mark on the bottom. I can read the letters R and G but there's another one.
The whole thing is kind of strange, because it's difficult to say what animal is exactly is, but the colours are beautiful.
Hope someone can help me! Every bit of information is usefull!
