continental ? studio vase - tulip design

i'm thinking this is probably continental - French/Belgium/Holland ? The mark is impressed and i think starts with a G. The decoration is cut out of the clay and then coloured glazes used to highlight areas.

i'm not sure the end of the mark would match Greber marks i can see elsewhere on Google

Roger Guerin?

on googling, it looks like this may be the work of his son, Jules Guerin
