Greetings to you!

I would be very grateful if you could help me idendify this bowl and how old it is. It has these very curly letters on the bottom, which I have never seen before.  When I see the flowers and the yellow background I come to think of Italy or arabic.

It looks Chinese to me or possibly Japanese and modern but not really my thing so I could be wrong.

Modern Japanese, I think. Although the curly script might be Taiwan.
Can't tell from the photos if it's screen printed, or a transfer print that's been hand coloured, or all hand painted.
