Egg cups

Can anyone help with this mark please or recognise the pottery.
I have spent a good few hours but cannot find it and I'm sure I've seen it before. Thanks

I think the mark is il. We've had it before but I can't remember if it was IDed. I have a suspicion it's either a Southern England factory (I think I've seen a teapot with that mark), or a Jspanese factory like John Buck.
Btw, you do know they're a pair of breasts?
