Discovered it's by a potter who had a studio at Trevarno Gardens in Cornwall in the 1990s. Unfortunately their name is unknown, but they seem to have a written VB or KB monogram.

Another one here from an old ID request that seems to have been deleted

Found a note that it could be by Jill Bevan, Pendeen.
On her website she says she's been potting for over 20 years and the decoration is very similar

Also found her mark - VB or JB. The jug with KB might be a JCB monogram
