Looks like a Japanese yunomi. But Not sure what I'm seeing on the base photo. Could you post a photo of the whole base. Thanks.

I think it's either Japanese or by someone who's influenced by Japanese pottery. Unfortunately without a mark that's possibly all you can say about it.
