I've found a similar piece. Tiny raku cup with £18 price sticker over the mark. Could be from Cornwall. I'll post photos later.

I think this is Brian Holland's mark. The BSPM book says he made raku teabowls, although their examples have the illustrations wrongly annotated. The impressed is incised and the incised impressed
