Re: STONEWARE VASE WITH IMPRESSED MARK
It might be a Japanese tokkuri bottle; hence the indecipherable mark

Re: STONEWARE VASE WITH IMPRESSED MARK
I thought that it might not be British and the possibility of it being a Japanese sake bottle (tokkuri) did cross my mind too.
Can we see an image of the base please and roughly how high is it?

Re: STONEWARE VASE WITH IMPRESSED MARK
Maybe a little too tall for a tokkuri but it might well be Japanese. Can't say for certain though but I'm a little more inclined to think that than it being British.

Re: STONEWARE VASE WITH IMPRESSED MARK
15cm seems within the range for a Tokkuri. Base doesn't look British so I still think Oriental.
