ID help please pottery figures Scandinavian?? Empty ID help please pottery figures Scandinavian??

Any thoughts please on these two figures. My original thought was possibly Scandinavian. Taller bishop(?) figure is 20 cms smaller one 17 cms. All thoughts and suggestions much appreciated
