Its about 5 inches wide...lovely decoration...i know there are a couple of potteries in Malta..but not of them just impress "malta"...as ever awaiting your advice..Sorry for the light reflection

If it hadn't been for the stamp I'd have suggested it was Italian
Might be a traditional pottery, or maybe Bristow Potteries, Malta?

Almost certainly the pottery now known as "Ceramika Maltija" in Attard, established in the grounds of the Villa Bologna by Cecilia de Trafford  in 1952 as part of "Malta Industries".

The patterns were based on traditional lace patterns, in order to create a distinctive national pottery style, although it doesn't seem there really was one before that.
