Antique Blue & White Oriental Bowl Blue Marks Identification Help please

This scallop, crimped blue and white bowl with gold detailing has an oriental pattern in the centre.  There is a temple, waterfalls and bridge.
It has small blue marks on the underside.

Almost certainly 19thC Staffordshire.
The marks, if they are indeed marks are unclear.
May be some small impressed letters under the glaze,
often very hard to see. otherwise unknown factory.

BTW it looks like it could be "flow-blue" which may narrow it down.

If you can find the pattern name, you can sometimes attribute it to
certain makers. These mad italiante/oriental scenes are distictive, but
not shown in my small Staffs B&W book. There are literally hundreds
of them. it's similar to (but not) "Ontario lake scenery".
