can anyone help id please?? i think it maybe welsh? it looks like it says "hlossmaw riogomay"?? but i cant read it!!

Can you angle the base to throw the mark into shadow or rub some icing sugar over it to help bring make the signature clearer?

This one came out of a tub & I cannot remember buying it, let alone why I bought it as I am not at all keen on it now.
