Isle of Seil pottery (Scotland)
Another "label more interesting than the pot" but a new one on me.
Looks a pretty remote place!

Re: Isle of Seil pottery (Scotland)
We should have a thread called "Label more interesting than the pot"

Isle of Seil Pottery
Goblet with label reading "Isle of Seil Pottery Easdale Scotland". Presumably this is the village of Easdale on Seil itself, not the neighbouring island of the same name. The label incorporates logo of Craftmade, a scheme launched by the Highlands and Islands Development Board in 1971 to reassure tourists that their souvenirs were actually made in the area. Speckled crystalline red glaze.
