Could you please help me to id this bowl with incised rings around the circumference and an incised mark on the base. The same turquoise glaze on the inside and outside
Height: 10.5cm
Diameter: 17cm

A long shot but Fishley Holland, maybe? I don't know if he ever just initialled pieces. It looks to be from that era.

Thanks for your comment Naomi, I doubt that this item is by Fishley Holland, I can't find examples where they use the same glaze on the base as well as the rest of the body. Also when they use initials they are not incised this style.
