Can anyone help I'd my art deco head please Empty Can anyone help I'd my art deco head please

I have been searching to find out the maker of my little lady but have not been able to, if anyone has any ideas that would be fantastic, I'm not sure which way up to read the makers mark but she is also hand signed TIA on the back.

Hi Alison and welcome to the forum, it can be difficult to upload photos I really struggled when I first joined but got there eventually so persevere, I am hopeless with techy things.
