Can anyone help with this lidded pot thanks?

A very shallow impressed mark and a G Mark

Shocking pics, I know.

The G mark looks look a fine felt tip mark and the impressed, god knows,

to me though an accomplished potter

Think we're going to need a good picture of the mark, Zippy.

I will ask my daughter to photo it for me. x

Try taking the photo outside.

I think she needs to show you where the macro button is for close ups

Zip. problem is lack of light = camera shake. Stick it under a lamp and move about and take several photos = same as SP's solution of outside. More light!

The mark is so shallow I cant make it out with the naked eye let alone photo it
