70's? art pottery oval dish marked CGK 72 Empty 70's? art pottery oval dish marked CGK 72

8.25 inch x 6 inch shallow dish. Please can anyone ID the CGK as I am not finding anything.  I think 72 is the year stamp?
I really like this, it would be great to get any information.

Nicely decorated, but Tbh, it has all the hall marks of being a student piece.

Thought it might be. The light blue glaze around the rim looks a bit odd to me.
