Mystery studio pottery alien egg vase Empty Mystery studio pottery alien egg vase

Hi all

Attached are pictures of what I describe as an alien egg vase. It's got a lovely rough texture to it and an impressed seal mark to the side. Who made it is a mystery to me though. I guess it is pretty distinctive so hopefully will be known to one of you fine folks (fingers crossed) For reference it is 4 1/2 inches tall.

Gwin Hanson Piggot's mark is similar. Don't know if she ever made anything like this.

Wow. That is suddenly a rather sought after vase. No idea of value but don't remember her work being cheap.
