Slab-built stoneware vase
Could you please help me to id this vase. Impressed seal looks like CS, could it be Charles Spacey? Is anyone able to recognise his work?

Might be Cr mark. Doesn't look like Spacey's Cs mark

Nothing like Charles Spacey's pots.

Re: Slab-built stoneware vase
Thanks studio-pots. I suggested him because of the vague similarity of the mark and he makes slab-built reduced stoneware. The vase is heavy for its size and the sides and base which do not have the rough glaze effect very smooth and have an almost polished surface similar to marble.
I don't know the correct technical term for this effect.
Have you any ideas?

Looks a bit like a dark tenmoku glaze with white porcelain put on with a pallet knife and a white shino glaze on top. Plus a yellow colour. ?
