Chafing Dish (societe Industrielle) Empty Chafing Dish (societe Industrielle)

Our chafing dish is from Vallauris France and is made by societe industrielle between 1902 & 1934. The terracotta dish is on a hammered copper stand mounted on wood. The wood base is 12 inches square. Overall height is 14 inches; bowl is 9 inches across. I will post a picture soon. Can you help me get more information on this piece? Thank you!
