Stoneware vase circular painted decoration impressed RF? mark Dscn9010 Stoneware vase circular painted decoration impressed RF? mark Dscn9011Stoneware vase circular painted decoration impressed RF? mark Dscn9012

24cm tall off-white stoneware vase with freehand painted decoration. Reminds me a little of Highland Stoneware but can't identify mark.
Most likely reads 'RF' - any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks
