Please help ID celadon colour glaze footed bowl - D L or LD ? Leach?
Good afternoon. I bought this great bowl years ago in Devon. It was with a Jason Wason. Could it possibly be by David Leach. Part of the mark is under the glaze so difficult to identify. Many thanks

Very much doubt if its David Leach. His mark is crisper, and the D is narrower. Also the whole bowl is just not look of sufficient quality to be his. Equally it does not look like Jason Wason's style one iota. Glaze filled marks can be really tricky to fathom, and often lead to too hopeful asumptions.Sorry!

Difficult one to ID, but I agree, it doesn't look like the same fonts that Leach used.

It is an unusual shaped bowl so that might help with the identification. Sadly, the shape isn't familiar to me.
