I remember thew Name Ellis ceramics , some of their pieces are similar to Leaper figures .

I did think Leaper when I saw it, but I'd also seen Ellis pieces, just wasn't sure this was one because the eyes are very distinctive. I think there are enough similarities between this horse and the cat to call it.

Not that one Dan , Ellis did a variety of work some very similar and often mistaken for Leaper .
