Stoneware chawan, Ct mark? Empty Stoneware chawan, Ct mark?

Heavy stoneware chawan 4.5 in dia, could be 2/6d price in pencil!
Mark is unclear, could be something inside a "C", feels pro somehow.

Well, we can say British and 1960s but you knew that. Unfortunately, it's not a mark I recall seeing before. I'll have a think.

An unclear mark, but If we assume it is a C sideways, i've drawn it as best I can.
Possibly "f" inside what seems to be a distinctive "C".

I think I've seen this mark before. Irish, possibly? Or Scottish?
