I found this beautiful old piece last week and thought it might be McCoy although the marks was a bit off. I had others say yes it was but then today a pottery group I belong to on facebook said it appeared to be European. I was hoping someone here might recognize the mark.

It has an almost Castle Hedingham pottery style but the number would normally point it towards a Central European Austrian or Belgium maker.

Yes, I get the feeling now it might be an old Belgium piece. Thank you for your opinion
