Help ID wall pocket please.

Hi, My first post to this forum.

I'm in Australia. Hoping someone can help identify this wall pocket vase. I have been told it could possibly be European/Italian?
It is about 20cm high and roughly 13 cm across the opening/rim. It is a good weight, not light and flimsy.
It has the numbers marked 8369 and underneath that it has 1, black mark TH.
