19cm tall. It looks quite a delicate thing to make and quite well done (as far as I can tell). The design is simple, I think wax resist?.
I really can't find much to start from as there's no mark and images search is not revealing much. I know it's a wide open question...but can anyone give any ideas from where I can start?

the turned stem base is very unusual so I would search for that on t'internet
