Beautifully potted small tea bowl? alternating elliptical and circular wax resist decoration around the outside, inscribed mark, possibly an 's' through the top centre of a 'T' with an O nearby if viewed as pictured, may not be the right orientation...also painted 3 or m mark.
Not even sure if British...any ideas? many thanks
