I have had this for a little while without knowing anything about it. So I decided to ask you good people. While relaxing and listening to music, I surfed the net. Success, I think I have it.
The 'pot' ls marked Lloyd Lamps, although this is not a lamp I still believe it to be  Gareth Lloyd  

Artisan and Studio potter Gareth Lloyd has been designing and making hand pierced ceramics since 1975. Some of his lamps are a pleasure to see.
