Bitossi Like Lamp base Empty Bitossi Like Lamp base

Hi

Well with have a turquoise blue lamp base here with raised pattern. The only id is a painted 'Foreign' in black on inside of base rim. Probably Italian but I did wonder about Malta? Approx 12 inches high with a Bakelite fitting on top.

Bitossi would be nice but I can't find anything. Pretty sure it's Italian though.
