Brown/White Plate - Incised IG - Help to ID Empty Brown/White Plate - Incised IG - Help to ID

Dear Community

Please can anyone suggest any idea's on makers mark/style/origin/age for this plate? It is deep brown in colour, with thick white paint and is quite deep - the pictures don't really do it justice.
