unusual signed Egyptian revival? wall plaque

Hello, First of all, I apologize as this post is a revision of an earlier listing.of which I posted in haste. Has anyone ever seen an Egyptian revival? wall plaque like this one? It is signed on one of the edges and is quite heavy for it's size: 9 1/2" x 11" x approx. 1/2" thick, weighing in excess of 1.5kg. The plaque is quite nicely detailed and has a dark brown patinated finish on a stone or plaster ground with an older heavy metal wire suspension loop inserted at the top (see photos for all!). Any assistance with this query would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! David.

I've deleted the other thread because we didn't need two for the same item.

As I said on the other one, I think this is modern home decor made of reconstituted stone (a resin and plaster mix).
