Green Glazed Pot With JC Mark- Hobby Potter? Empty Green Glazed Pot With JC Mark- Hobby Potter?

11.5cm tall, 14.5cms across.  Dark green glaze, heavy bottomed pot. I thought the JC on the base was a stamp but looking closer it's incised. I'm not sure that it's Judy Caplin or Jennifer Clark who are the only JC's I've found.  I don't know...the base looks good to me but it's heavy, I can't make my mind up whether or not it's hobby potting. Could I have someone else's thoughts on it please
