Artist Jacques Kupfermann or another artist with similar last name?

Thanks in advance to all. The reason for my email is to ask you if you could please help me authenticate this painting that I recently purchased. The painting is not an abstract expressionist painting, as others that I have seen from Jacques Kupfermann, but it does have the signature Kupfermann in capital/uppercase letters. My challenge is not only the style, but the fact that there is a "G.B." to the side and above the signature. Please see the attached pictures.
