Is it stoneware Naomi? The colours are not typical, but the shape and that blue rim
are making me think it could possibly be Denby.

I think it is stoneware, as I have seen them on occasions in the past. Always unmarked or Made in England at best. Have assumed that they were Denby.

not as absorbent as earthenware so I think you're right that it's stoneware . All over crazing.
There was another which was yellow, but that was sold. It might have had a faint ink stamp. This was unsold and heading for the bin at the local charity shop so I rescued it.
