ID metal creamer

Hello, Can someone please help to identify this double walled/ lined metal creamer/ pot. It is unmarked and measures: 4" high x 3 3/4" wide (bottom) x 3 3/8" deep (bottom). The metal is non-magnetic and there is a repetitive intertwined illustration or monogram on each panel, of which I could not read. Any assistance with this query would be greatly appreciated!
