Looking for help identifying maker.  Lovely piece I found in mom's attic.  Doesn't look old, but love Celtic markings

Does look like some of their work, but there is no G marked on it. Any idea when it is from?

I can see there was a break and repair at the base. I'm guessing the G & was covered by the repair. Does match their marks. Thank you!
