John Clappison studio pottery
Revisiting the designs he had produced while at Hornsea pottery in the 1960s, he explored new ideas
until 2013.

Tile panels influenced by the floors during a visit to the Minoan ruins in Crete.

Re: John Clappison studio pottery
Thanks Potty.
I Probably have maybe just over half of the designs that were made.
As you may see from the rebus numbering on the back of most of them,
only 10 or so of each design was made.
I just wish I had had more funds available when thay were done, as there
are some real beauties I don't have.

the two girls in fish pattern swimsuits is my favorite, I love artist who don't take themselves too seriously, especially those who add humour to their craft

Never seen the like before and find them very attractive and amusing (said the brown pot man).
