Blue Footed Bowl with PH mark Empty Blue Footed Bowl with PH mark

Good evening and thanks. I have a well made studio pottery bowl which has been decorated with cabouchon roundels around the rim. There are initials on the underside which appear to be P H ? Upside down C H d. Any help in identifying the potter is much appreciated. Many thanks
